From a very early age, building has been in Jared’s blood.

Jared Thompson was born into a family of Construction Connoisseurs, and with over 200 years of total building experience between them, he quickly understood the importance of a great foundation.

Jared has been involved in numerous areas of the construction industry and has been instrumental in building some of the DMV’s most spectacular residences throughout his career spanning over 20 years. He started out working for his father’s framing carpentry business (where Jason and Jared first met and worked together in 2003-04) and progressed to managing high level commercial and residential projects. Through this extensive field work and his management experience, Jared has been equipped with a very clear view on what it takes to get a job completed, delivered on time, on budget, and to meet or exceed ACH’s high building standards.

Jared has a very strong desire to learn and grow both in the industry, and with Ambition Custom Homes.  He prides himself on building lifelong relationships with the clients, vendors, and trade partners that he works with through mutual respect, a high level of integrity, and close collaboration.

In his personal time he enjoys lots of time with his family which includes “the love of my life” as well as his 4 wonderful children. They enjoy growing, cooking, and eating great food together, and they love to laugh!!
